| Deadline to notify Jerre Watkins of participation in the AAWV exhibit at The Art Gallery at University of Charleston August 17-Sept 30. One artwork per artist delivered on Monday, August 17, 4 to 6 p.m. The exhibit will include works on walls as well as free standing pieces. Vitrines to secure small pieces such as jewelry are not available. Due to limited hanging space, a size limit of 36” wide (framed) will be necessary. . More details about this exhibit will be sent to participants. A reception for the exhibit is planned for Friday, August 21st, 5 to 7 p.m. Joe Mulling, Art director at UC reserves the right to accept or reject any artwork if not appropriate for any reason or for availability of space.
