The Federal Courthouse in Charleston has asked AAWV to do an exhibit there for Feb, Mar, and maybe April. Delivery date will be Wed, Feb 1st, 10am to 12 noon. Due to short notice, we are sending this message via email and asking that you pass along the info to other members you know that do not get email. The space can handle about 50 works. We need to know who wants to participate by Friday, Jan 27. Please e-mail Jerre Watkins

or call at 304-776-5488. When we know how many artists are participating, she will send a message with more information on location and how many works we can each bring. Artists will have to hang their own works or ask someone to deliver and hang for them or help them if needed. Hangers are not necessary. They have a hanging system of some kind.
We need to provide information tags under each artwork. These will be attached to the wall with sticky gum. Can anyone volunteer to make these tags? I can provide the information later. We will also have a list there for viewers. We cannot put prices on the art, but the director there will have a price list for anyone who inquires.
